Geographically speaking, Iceland is the world's youngest country, and often it appears that creation hasn't quite finished on this island in the North Atlantic as Iceland has over 100 volcanoes, the largest glacier in Europe, sits on top of the Mid Atlantic Fault and is slowly being prized apart.

Iceland is one of Europe's little gems that is often over looked by visitors, but it's natural beauty and stress free environment is not quickly forgotten. However if you insist on staying in five star hotels, eating prime beef steak and drinking Jack Daniel's, you had better bring sack and sacks of money with you.
