Moscow   |   St Petersburg

Moscow and St Petersburg are stepped in history and have both been the capital of Russia at some point in time. While Moscow's charm is centred around the Red Square and the Kremlin, St Petersburg is often thought of as the cultural centre of Russia with it's grand facades, imperial palaces and canals.
