   NewZealand     -     Kaikoura

Kaikoura is pearched on the east coast of the south island and is world famous for whale watching and swimming with dolphins. Its Maori name comes from an explorer who stopped to eat crayfish and found it so good that he called the place kai (food) kours (crayfish).
