Baltoro Glacier - Paiju to Concordia
The Baltoro Glacier, at over 70 kilometers long, is the longest glacier outside of the polar regions. The seven day walk up the river of ice passes some of the most amazing granite towers and walls on earth and ends at Concordia, the Throne Room of the Mountain Gods, overlooked by K2, the world's largest pyramid.

This is the last leg of the journey up the Baltoro Glacier and the most spectacular, moving onto the glacial ice itself and passing the huge mountain spires of the Trango Towers and Catherdral, en-route to Concordia and K2.
